In November 2024, VAIOT officially launched Legal Torch, an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to streamline the creation, management, and execution of legal documents. The launch focused on Malta, selected for its tech-friendly regulatory environment and high demand for accessible legal services.

3. Enhancing AI Legal Assistant
A key element of VAIOT’s technological stack, serving both Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 users, VAIOT’s AI Legal Assistant utilizes the most advanced proprietary machine learning and deep learning technologies to deliver accessible, affordable, and user-friendly legal support. In 2024, it underwent significant improvements to better serve users and was implemented as part of Legal Torch for Malta.
New Features Added:
- AI Assistant Enhancement: Contract Creation and Contract Reader tools for streamlined legal document handling, as well as integration of zk-SNARK technology for secure and private certificate issuance and verification within the platform.
- Contract Templates: Expanded to include a wide range of new contracts, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Employment Agreements, Service Agreements and Loan Agreements among others.
- New Payment Options: The AI Legal Assistant now supports diverse payment methods, including cryptocurrency tokens and traditional fiat currencies.
- Risk Analysis and Summarization: AI now identifies risks in contracts and provides concise summaries for better understanding.
- Legal Language Simplification: Complex legal terms are translated into plain language for accessibility.

Beta Test V2 Results of AI Legal Assistant
During the V2 beta test, the AI Legal Assistant demonstrated its growing capabilities:

6. CEO Leadership Transition
In 2024, VAIOT underwent a leadership transition as Christoph Surgowt, the company’s long-serving CEO, retired after years of dedicated service.
The role of CEO was passed to Paweł Stopczyński, who has been a key figure in VAIOT’s success. Over the past five years, Paweł led the company’s Research & Development efforts, leveraging his extensive background in cybersecurity, AI, and product development. Having overseen the successful execution of 18 IT projects and earning recognition for his work in cryptographic innovation, he has played a central role in shaping VAIOT’s strategy and products.
This leadership change ensured continuity in VAIOT’s goals while introducing technical expertise and a strong focus on further advancing the company’s solutions in the AI and blockchain space.
