So let’s start our intro segment. Can you briefly describe what is “Vaiot”? We would like to know more about it & how it works? Could you provide us with some details?

We do it all. VAIOT prides itself on being the most progressive up-and-coming AI and Blockchain tech company in the world.
We have a few notches under our belt, including our $VAI token, the only regulated “Virtual Financial Asset.” We are the first-ever regulated blockchain project by the Maltese government.
Our project started as a joint-proof of concept with tech powerhouse IBM, and since then, we have expanded our solutions for having Intelligent virtual assistants and a massive portfolio of solutions to be engaged behind the intelligent front end.

So, let’s move to the 2nd one. What critical problem does “Vaiot” solve that existing Solutions are not solving and what’s the competitive advantage?
Anthony: Yes! Great question.
VMC BOSE: Thank you❤️
Anthony: The critical problem that VAIOT solves is that the crypto space is entirely unregulated, and therefore not as trustworthy to the institutional and corporate side of things, limiting or even preventing mass adoption from happening. We see governments doing the regulations themselves, and the uncertainty of crypto still scares 80% of the population regardless of what the headlines might say.
We are fully regulated, and we have a regulated token. This means that the big players can see our token and know it’s been adequately audited and checked by the proper legal and financial authorities. This is a huge deal when it comes to mass adoption, and we are already in discussions with governments and larger corps about the adoption of our solutions and token.
On top of that, we are combining AI and Blockchain… how exciting is that?!? We are creating a layer of solutions as a service that can be overlaid to applications and websites as an “Intelligent Front End”. This front end is a combination of IBM Watson, Microsoft Luis, and OpenAI’s GPT-3. We are proud to have developed a strong portfolio of intelligent virtual assistants that will be your little guide through DeFi.
With our assistants, you can participate in intelligent shopping online, aggregate products and services, and have legal contacts generated or analyzed, all via our assistants.
VMC BOSE: Great 👌 Moving to Next Question. Can you guys share the tokenomics of Vaiot and some of the special features?
Anthony: Yes absolutely
So to be brief about our tokenomics, as I mentioned our token is the first-ever fully regulated “Virtual Financial Asset”, meaning it is the first of its kind in the crypto space. Our tokenomics were done by Maltese regulators in cooperation with DAO Maker to present the biggest behemoth of a token release schedule we have ever seen. 📈
Our token release schedule spans 10-years, which allows our project to scale with the release. Our token designation can be found in the following graphics.
VMC Bose: So, here comes another question. Can you share the roadmap and what updates are coming in the near future with us?
Anthony: Our future is bright 😄 We recently announced our rebrand, “VAIOT 2.0” which is what has allowed us to showcase more of our product lines and more of our capabilities. As I mentioned in The intro, we deliver a wide range of products, but right now, our focus is on delivering a few tailor-made solutions that would help put our project on the map.
These include KYC solutions for CEXes, document analysis for law firms, and our own standalone product in the AI Legal Assistant that is capable of intelligent contract generation!
VMC Bose: Cool!! So, moving to the last question of this segment. What is your knowledge in the field and what makes you an ideal team to make this project a success?
Anthony: Sure 🙂 This is a great question, because ultimately without a great team, great ideas may never be realized.
VAIOT’s team is a global one with experts from every field around the globe. We have professionals in Poland, Belgium, Canada, Russia, the UK, Switzerland, the US, and more.
VAIOT’s team consists of over 20 experienced professionals including a dev team of 10 so we are ready to take the industry by storm 😄
Community Questions
Community Question Nr. 1 — Do you have any NFT plans and their integration ahead in the roadmap? Also, do you have any passive income options and incentivization rewards for a long-term holder?
So, VAIOT doesn’t have any direct NFT plans yet. But that said, we will be taking on Metaverse Lease Agreements as one of our main solutions. So, who knows what might happen in the future. For now, in terms of our roadmap, we are focussing on a secret project that we’re working on with a government entity. You can also check out our roadmap here:

Can you tell us about some of your partners and who you plan to collaborate with in the near future?
For sure, we recently partnered with CoverCompared — the first DeFi (Decentralized Finance) insurance marketplace for the global crypto ecosystem. Together, we will be working towards the future of digital asset protection. Can you share with us your tokenomics? How much is the total and circulation supply of your tokens? Will there be a buyback system or token burning in the future?
Let’s end this AMA with this one. So, the VAI Token is set to incentivize the users to utilize VAIOT’s solutions due to, e.g., Payback Program fueled by VAIs and is crucial for the proper functioning of the underlying VAIBC technology.
VAI Tokens can be used as:
- Payback Bonus after a purchase is completed by the user in one of VAIOT’s business lines (line 2 and 3), part of the transaction value is denominated to VAI Tokens, bought back from the free market, and delivered to the users’ Payback Bonus Wallet that encourages the user to keep the token and utilize it for further purchases within VAIOT solutions.
- Payment method for goods and services offered via VAIOT solutions.
- Staking rewards- by depositing funds, one can set up a network node and get rewarded with VAI Tokens in return.
- Collateral for the Price-Stabilizing System (VVAS).
- Bonding System- deposit in VAIOT’s bonding system to access certain functionalities or use them on preferential terms.
- Unit of account for transaction fees and Intelligent Contracts execution.
