In the first half of 2025, VAIOT unveiled a revolutionary, AI-driven legal platform that is redefining both the legal industry and the frontiers of technical innovation. DDRS: Making Legal Disputes Programmatic and Fair
Parallel to our AI agent developments, we advanced the core of our decentralized legal infrastructure — the Decentralized Dispute Resolution System (DDRS).
In Q1, we launched Module 2: Dispute Generation Protocol, enabling the creation of structured dispute submissions through a user-friendly interface for direct resolution by a decentralized jury via blockchain.

How It Works
- An integrated AI assistant guides users through the transaction-creation process, ensuring all conditions and criteria are properly defined for service delivery and dispute prevention.
- All non-confidential criteria are recorded on the blockchain, making them immutable and non-questionable.
- When services aren’t delivered correctly, parties can generate disputes through our front-end application, request amicable renegotiation of terms, or file extension requests — all while the transaction remains live.
- Both parties can attach supporting evidence to ensure a balanced case presentation to jury members.
- Chainlink VRF technology ensures completely random and unbiased juror selection for each dispute.
- Dispute initiators can choose how many voters should participate in the voting process based on case complexity.
- Non-confidential information remains transparent on-chain, while sensitive data is privately stored and accessible only to eligible voters.
- A ranking system rewards active voters with increased token earnings through an XP-based progression system.
- Smart contracts automatically execute payments when transactions complete successfully or when disputes reach resolution.

The AI powering Legal Torch relies on a sophisticated multi-agent architecture. In the contract-search assistant, the workflow is split into two specialized agents:
Query Analysis Agent — Receives the user’s prompt and condenses it into a concise summary of intent.
Contract Retrieval Agent — Takes that summary and searches the document repository to surface the most relevant contract templates.
Within the in-editor assistant, Legal Torch operates as an even more elaborate multi-agent system:
Pre-Processing Agent — Parses the user’s request into key components.
Summarization Agent — Consolidates those components into a focused brief for downstream processing.
Decision Agent — Determines which AI tool to invoke next (e.g., drafting new clauses, summarizing content, extracting key points, or performing a full legal analysis).
Tool Agents — Execute the chosen task, including:
- Drafting new contractual clauses
- Inserting them into the correct sections of the document
- Summarizing the overall agreement
- Extracting and highlighting key provisions
- Conducting in-depth legal analysis of the text
