As the digital landscape evolves, the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and legal services becomes increasingly vital. At VAIOT, we’re at the forefront of this evolution, continuously innovating to provide cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

Today, we’re excited to announce a significant milestone in our journey- the launch of our new project with Grant Thornton!

By April 2024, we will have implemented 12 new contract templates into the AI Legal Assistant.

With the collaboration of Grant Thornton, a renowned global professional services firm, we’re integrating a diverse range of legal contracts into our AI Legal Assistant. This strategic cooperation aims to equip our assistant with the necessary tools to meet the diverse needs of our users, ranging from individuals to businesses.

Currently, our AI Legal Assistant offers one contract — the service provision contract. However, we’re swiftly advancing towards our goal of offering a comprehensive suite of contracts. The non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is nearing completion, thanks to our previous efforts, and will soon be available within the assistant.

Next in line are three pivotal contracts: the Power of Attorney (Special as well as General PoA), Employment Agreement, and the Loan Agreement. These contracts are fundamental in various legal transactions, and their inclusion marks a significant step forward in enhancing the functionality of our AI Legal Assistant ahead of its market launch later this year.

Following these initial contracts, we’ll focus on implementing seven additional legal documents, namely:

  • Intellectual Property Licensing Agreement
  • Share transfer for cash consideration Agreement
  • Share for share transfer Agreement
  • Agency agreement
  • Support and Service Level Agreement
  • Mutual Introducer Agreement
  • Trust Deed

Our collaboration with Grant Thornton is characterised by a systematic approach to implementing new contracts. With their expertise and guidance, we’re on track to receive one new legal document per week, ensuring a steady expansion of our contract database.

By the end of April, we anticipate having a total of 12 contracts integrated into our AI Legal Assistant, including the service provision contract and the forthcoming NDA. This comprehensive suite of contracts will enable our users to streamline their legal processes, mitigate risks, and facilitate smoother transactions.

Moreover, the integration of these contracts is a crucial step towards the market launch of our AI Legal Assistant, slated for the end of Q3 in 2024. As we continue to innovate and expand our offerings, we remain committed to empowering our clients with cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency, transparency, and security in the legal domain.

Conclusion

VAIOT’s cooperation with Grant Thornton marks a significant milestone in our journey towards revolutionizing legal services. The systematic implementation of new contracts underscores our dedication to providing our users with unparalleled access to innovative AI-driven solutions. With a comprehensive suite of contracts at their disposal, our clients can confidently navigate the complexities of legal transactions, paving the way for a future of enhanced efficiency and productivity- faster, easier and affordable.
