Nowadays, trust is the currency of commerce and modern business. Remember the early days of online business transactions?
It felt like stepping into a virtual Wild West, where every click was a leap of faith. Fast forward to 2024, and we’re living in a world where tapping ‘Buy Now’ or digitally signing a deal is as natural as breathing. This seismic shift didn’t happen overnight; it resulted from years of evolution and innovation in building consumer confidence.
Online shopping is exploding — by 2027, global e-commerce sales are projected to reach an amazing $7.96 trillion (Lin, 2024). That’s more than the GDP of Japan and Germany combined! But with great commerce and business transactions comes great responsibility — many potential disputes, identity verification, and the need for reliable alternative solutions to traditional legal agreements. Zerucha, 2023 explains that 2022 had an increase of online disputes by 35%.
What if there was an easier way to protect your business from issues like chargeback or disputes, without needing a law degree? Imagine having a simple solution that acts as a legal safety net for your online sales. Wouldn’t it be great to focus on running your business, not on troubleshooting complex contracts and lawsuits?
That is where DeLaw becomes relevant, also known as Decentralized Law — where blockchain and legal expertise come together in a dance of transparency and efficiency.
Many people are excited about certain ideas in Web3 such as decentralization. But most regular people are still just learning what NFT or blockchain means. Technology is changing faster than most people can understand it. That’s where VAIOT steps in, bridging the gap between the new tech world and regular users who are still learning, making these newer ideas clear and easy to understand.

VAIOT: Setting a New #DeLaw Trend
Is the legal field about to go through big changes?
VAIOT, a leading AI and blockchain company, suggests that traditional legal work as we know might soon be outdated.
As @Timeless_Crypto noted: “I’ve recently come across a company that has been in space since 2018 called VAIOT. They have some pretty novel AI-legal solutions where they are making moves in the sector of Decentralised Law (De-Law)”
Onur, @0xc06 says: “VAIOT is carving its path as a leader in the emerging Decentralized Law (DeLaw) movement.”
What Is DeLaw About?
The concept of “Decentralized Law” or “DeLaw” — a term first coined by Thysse, 2018 and championed by VAIOT — refers to the theoretical point where technology will be able to provide legal services more efficiently, transparently, and accessible than traditional systems. So even as legal complexities grow, our ability to navigate them might increase exponentially.
DeLaw Ecosystem explained: Read more
VAIOT’s COO, Pawel Andruszkiewicz, predicts this watershed moment will happen sooner than many expect.
“At VAIOT, we’ve always aimed to set new trends and standards within the Web3 ecosystem,” he says. “Our commitment to innovation continues with our suite of solutions for Decentralized Law (DeLaw), an area previously overlooked in Web3.”
Pawel believes that by 2030, we will start to see a significant shift in how legal services are delivered, making them significantly more accessible for people and organizations which couldn’t afford or access them now.
“People still don’t understand that limited access to legal services is a solvable problem and that we will address it within this decade,” Pawel Andruszkiewicz states. ”One thing to remember is that this will happen in an evolutionary way rather than due to a sudden change. Regulatory and legal frameworks are fairly rigid but as everything in this world they are not immune to innovation”
If that all sounds far-fetched, VAIOT makes a compelling case that it’s not only possible but already happening. The company has been at the forefront of integrating AI and blockchain since 2018, and in 2020, became regulated under the VFAA (EU) framework — a testament to their commitment to innovation within legal boundaries.
Will DeLaw Change the Legal System?
While the concept of DeLaw might seem like science fiction to some, it’s already catching the attention of industry experts and crypto enthusiasts alike. Influencers experts in the area and key opinion leaders are getting excited about the potential of Decentralized Law, acknowledging VAIOT as the leader project taking by storm the concept of Decentralized Law.
In a recent interview, Tomasz Krzywanski Attorney and founder of KORDIA legal, explained the promising advantages and upcoming adaptation of DeLaw technology.
Now governments, institutions, and even traditional legal services are looking to modernize their practices and embrace the changes technologies like VAIOT’s ecosystem propose.
Watch the interview below!
“I would say that there’s a number of cases that doesn’t really have to be in the court and there might probably be simpler methods of resolving this case. I believe that DeLaw is exactly about it.”
During the interview, Tomasz explained that DeLaw is the best example of transformative technology that will promote significant changes for traditional structures that require innovative tools.
“I would compare it to the situation with the elevators in the 19th century. So like in the 19th century what you had each elevator has the elevator operator so somebody, who was simply making sure that the elevator goes up and down what’s happening at the moment and at some point in time of course the buttons were introduced and elevators started going up and down on their own and I think this is kind of what’s happening now with the application of DeLaw. We no longer need these elevator operators, because you have these buttons”
The conclusion here is simple:
DeLaw is transforming traditional services and companies like VAIOT are at the forefront of making legal tech solutions for law professionals and the public faster and more accessible.
