What is a Decentralized Dispute Resolution System (DDRS)?
DDRS is a blockchain-based platform designed to facilitate secure transactions, AI-assisted transaction negotiation flows, and smart contract integration. It ensures transparency, trust, and efficiency in transactions between Ordering Parties and Service Providers.
Roles and Responsibilities
The DDRS system operates with three main roles:
- Ordering Party: Responsible for initiating transactions, defining terms of service, and approving or disputing deliverables.
- Service Provider: Responsible for accepting agreements, delivering services as defined, and addressing disputes if they arise.
- DDRS Juror: Responsible for reviewing cases and evidence provided by Ordering Parties and Service Providers, and making fair judgements to resolve disputes between parties.

How to Get Started?
STEP 1: Connect Your Wallet and Set up an Account
Setting Up the Account
To access DDRS, the first step is to connect your wallet.
- Connect Your Wallet: Click “Connect Wallet” on the login screen to link your wallet and create your account.
- Access the Dashboard: Once connected, you can view and manage your transactions, including active and completed ones, with progress summaries.
- Test “My Account” Section: Update your avatar, username, or email to personalize your account.
Using Test Tokens
For beta testing purposes, use the provided test tokens to simulate payments. Follow the instructions below to acquire and use them effectively.
Connecting MetaMask to the Sepolia Testnet
We highly recommend using MetaMask as your primary crypto wallet during beta testing.
To set up MetaMask:
- Click on the network icon in the upper left and select “Show Test Networks”.
- Choose “Sepolia” from the list. This will connect you to the test network.
- You should now see “Sepolia Testnet” displayed within MetaMask.
Acquiring Test Tokens
Sepolia Test ETH
With your wallet connected to the Sepolia testnet, you now need to acquire some Sepolia test ETH tokens. There are two recommended faucets for getting Sepolia test ETH:
- Alchemy Faucet: https://www.alchemy.com/faucets/ethereum-sepolia
- Infura Faucet: https://www.infura.io/faucet/sepolia
IMPORTANT: Please note that both of these faucets require a minimum balance of 0.001 ETH on the Ethereum Mainnet to prevent abuse.
Connect your wallet and request test tokens. The tokens will be deposited into your wallet immediately.
STEP 2: Test Core Features
➡️ Amicable Dispute Resolution
The Amicable Dispute Resolution feature allows the Ordering Party to open a dispute if a service is marked as completed but doesn’t fully meet expectations.
Both parties can discuss concerns, request corrections, provide evidence, and negotiate potential price adjustments — creating a fair and open way to resolve issues instead of escalation.
➡️ Forward the Dispute to Decentralized Jury
For cases where direct, amicable resolution isn’t possible, the dispute can be forwarded to a Decentralized Jury.
Users can define the jury’s composition, select the number of jurors, submit their concerns, and provide evidence. This ensures impartial decision-making when a mutual agreement cannot be reached.
➡️ Deadline Management — Extension & Dispute
- Extend the Deadline: If you’re a Service Provider and completing the service on time is unlikely or the service delivery deadline has passed, you can request an extension (subject to negotiation and Ordering Party’s approval).
- Missed Deadline & Disputes: If you’re a Service Provider and the deadline has passed or the Service couldn’t be delivered due to objective reasons or reasons related to the Ordering Party, you have the option to open a dispute for Decentralized Jury to assert your rights for full or partial payment.
These tools ensure flexibility while maintaining accountability in service delivery.

STEP 3: Report Bugs and Suggestions
When you encounter a bug or have a suggestion while testing the DDRS, visit our Jira portal.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to report bugs or make suggestions:
- Sign in or create a new account if you don’t have one. To do this just click on the top right corner and provide your email.
- Choose between “Development Suggestions” or “Report a bug.”
3. Provide a clear and detailed description of the bug or suggestion, including steps to reproduce if applicable. Submit your report and repeat the process for additional bugs or suggestions.
